The iXS Dirt Masters is just 4 weeks away. But the festival would not be possible without the people behind it. To organize such a big event, you need countless employees in a wide variety of positions. Here is a call for all those who want to be part of the crew and thanks to everyone involved.

In addition to the close-knit organization crew of the iXS Dirt Masters, who are busy with the preparations all year round, no less than 200 people come together over a period of about a week to prepare, stage and dismantle the festival on site.

In addition to the Racement employees, it is mainly the people from the bike park and the town of Winterberg who coordinate more and more closely in the weeks leading up to the event and ramp up the organisational apparatus step by step. Contracts are awarded to external companies and the infrastructural measures are coordinated. In addition, all authorities are involved and agreements are made with security and medical services, for example. In the background, many plans are written and procedures are worked out in theory. Hotels have to be booked, including almost 800 overnight stays for the crew alone, most of whom we are accommodating at the Landal Resort. Crew catering has to be organised, with around 2,000 meals coming together in the end.
