How can I register for a race?
To register for a race, you need a private account on our website. Click on ‘registration’ and create a new account, if you have not done so already. If you already have an account, log in. You can find a list of the different races in your profile.
When can I register for a race?
In general, the registration is opened six to eight weeks before the actual race (check subpage of each race).
Will there be some kind of confirmation?
When you registered for a race successfully, you receive an email as confirmation of your participation and an invoice for your transaction. If you do not receive an email, check your SPAM-folder. You can also check the list of participants on our website.
Can we register as a team?
Every participant has to register on his or her own and to accept the waiver of liability. It is not possible to register as a whole team at once, except using a teammanager account.
Why is it only possible to pay with PayPal?
PayPal provides a fast, cheap and secure payment process without waiting periods due to different bank accounts. The participation in a race is guaranteed, when a rider has properly registered AND paid for his or her slot in the race.
I have problems with my payment.
Often this is caused by problems with your PayPal account. Please make sure that the payment can be covered by your PayPal account. If you still have problems, please contact PayPal directly.
How can I be sure that you received my money?
As soon as the transaction is complete, you will receive an email and will be added to the race’s list of participants. If you do not receive an email immediately, there might be a problem with your PayPal account. As long as you finished the registration process properly and paid via PayPal, your slot is reserved.

Where am I on the waiting list?
It is not possible to give information on your current position on the waiting list. Moreover, this position is not always decisive. There are other factors (category, overall standings…) that might be more important.
Can I have a look on the current waiting list?
It is not possible to check the waiting list. If you are on the list, this should be labeled on your profile.
When do you provide more starting slots for a race?
Usually, the starting slots are released when a rider cancels a race or when the local organizer of a race increases the number of slots in general.
What happens when I move up the waiting list?
If you move up the list and get a seat in a race, you will receive an email.
Can I leave the waiting list myself?
Yes you can. Log in with your account, click ‘Waiting List‘ and ‘Cancel‘.
Can I register for a race on site?
This possibility cannot always be guaranteed. If a race reached its maximum number of participants, additional registrations are not possible.
What happens, if I travel to a race although I am not registered?
In this case, your participation is not guaranteed and you travel at your own risk.
Is it cheaper to register on site?
No it is not. On the contrary: a registration on site means an additional fee of 20 €.
Can I get my payment back?
You will only get your payment back, if you have booked the Money-Back-Service and meet the general terms and conditions.
Can I pass on my slot to another rider?
No, this is not possible.
Can I name another rider on the waiting list and pass my slot on to him or her?
Due to our experience with cancellations, there are always more actual participants than official slots in a race right from the start. For this reason, slots cannot be passed on to other riders of your choice.
How can I cancel my registration for a race?
To cancel your registration you have to log in, afterwards you should click on "Cancel". If you have effected the Money-Back-Service, you will forwarded to the form. If you don´t have the necessary service, the registration fee can not refunded. Nevertheless you will receive a credit note in the amount of EUR 5 for your next race registration.
Where do I get Money-Back-Service?
Money-Back-Service is available during your registration process. After you registered for a race, it is not possible to add the service.
Who is my partner for the Money-Back-Service?
The Money-Back-Service is provided by Racement.
How do I activate my Money-Back-Service?
In case you have booked the Money-Back-Service, you can get your money back if you have valid reasons. You need to contact Racement yourself. The general conditions of the Money-Back-Service with all the information on the topic can be directly accessed during you registration process and can also be found on our download page. To contact Racement please log in. Afterwards you will find "Cancel" in the line of the relevant race. Click on "Cancel", so you will forwarded to the form to report a damage/claim. Please add the medical certificate and the invoice and send the filled form.
Please note, you have to contact Racement until 24 hours before the respective race.
My name is listed in the attendees list even through I cancelled my registration. Why?
Your name is listed in the attendees list (only in case of a cancellation with the insurance), because the insurance uses this list to double-check if you paid the registration fee.
When will the Money-Back-Service refund my registration fee?
Please have a little patience. The staff of Racement will go into your matter as soon as possible.
Can I edit my profile?
Yes, you can edit you profile in your private account.
Can I edit my class?
You should check and update you class before the first race of the season. (e.g.: if you have a license for the new season). It is not advisable to change classes during the season, as it will influence your overall standings. In this case, please use our contact form and describe your problem to our admins.
How can I change my name?
Users cannot change their names themselves. If you need to change your name, please use our contact form.
How can I change my email address?
Since your email address is simultaneously your user name, you cannot change it yourself. Please use our contact form and describe your problem to our admins.
I found an error in the list of participants.
You are allowed to edit your profile. What you cannot edit are user names and email addresses. If there is a mistake in spelling, please use our contact form.
I am in a wrong class or category.
Please use our contact form and describe your problem to our admins.
I have a question concerning the regulations.

You can find the timetables of the different races on our website. Please keep in mind that there might be some small changes on site.
